Hi,

I'm use for testing v4. Backing up many million files in one directory.

Version:
- Scientific Linux release 6.5 (Carbon)
- rsync_bpc version 3.0.9.3 protocol version 30
- BackupPC 4.0.0alpha3, released 1 Dec 2013.

Errors:

what is the file system you're backing up to?

On remote and backup server is ext4 file system.
